Got it to fire up! Finished torquing everything down added some gas and turned the key. The intake seems to be facing downward a little so the carb won't fully seat resulting in the bike needed to stay up around 1000 rpm to keep it running. So a few more tweaks and I should be good for a maiden voyage to PCS.

Got cams all set, Installed the jugs and pistons, Cut the cam cover, ran some new oil lines... Waiting on my lifters to come in so I can button up the bottom end.

Nates 95 Buell

Started out as a stock 95 Buell s2. Stripped and sold everything but the motor. Now the motor is getting a few more horses installed by adding screamin eagle heads, screamin eagle cams, .010 over pistons and a fresh bore on the jugs, perfect fit pushrods, new lifters, fresh bushings and gaskets, chopping the cam cover and a bunch of other little bullshit. Last dyno'd at 74 hp and 76 ftlbs of torque. Pumped to see the new numbers.
