Progression
Got it to fire up! Finished torquing everything down added some gas and turned the key. The intake seems to be facing downward a little so the carb won't fully seat resulting in the bike needed to stay up around 1000 rpm to keep it running. So a few more tweaks and I should be good for a maiden voyage to PCS.

Dude, those air cleaners look rad but they catch on fire....ALOT. Dont ask how I know!
